Federal investigators traced the outbreak to lettuce supplied by Taylor Farms de Mexico and served at certain Taco Bell locations. Cyclospora can cause prolonged, severe diarrhea, cramps, nausea, fatigue and weight loss—while symptoms may not appear until days after exposure.
