ANDREW’S PA, ‘WHO SIGNED OFF PAYMENT FOR HIS NAKED MASSAGE,’ WILL SPEAKS TO COPS AS HER EX-DUKE’S OFFSHORE FUND PROBES. SHE RECOUNTS A HORRIFYING TRUTH SHE WITNESSED WITH A TERRIFIED EXPRESSION, PROMPTING POLICE TO INTERVENE AND REASSURE HER A former personal assistant linked to Prince Andrew, Duke of York has reportedly spoken to police as investigators continue examining questions surrounding the royal’s offshore finances and past payments. The aide, who was said to have approved a controversial payment connected to a private massage arrangement years ago, is now believed to have provided a deeply unsettling account during questioning. According to sources familiar with the conversation, she appeared visibly shaken while recounting a disturbing moment she says she personally witnessed, pausing several times as officers reassured her during the interview. What exactly she described has not been fully revealed, but investigators are said to be paying close attention to one particular detail from her statement — a detail that could shift the direction of the inquiry and leave many royal watchers stunned once it becomes public.

Andrew’s PA ‘who signed off payment for his naked massage’ WILL speak to cops – as ex-duke’s offshore fund probed

ANDREW Mountbatten-Windsor’s PA, who signed off a payment for an alleged naked massage, will speak to cops as a probe is launched into the ex-duke’s offshore fund.

Charlotte Manley, 68, served as a private secretary to the former prince, 66, from 2001 to 2003.

She was also his assistant private secretary and treasurer from 1996.

Ms Manley regularly went on the ex-duke‘s trips and has now revealed she would speak to police, as reported by The Times.

Andrew was arrested on his 66th birthday last month on suspicion of misconduct in public office and there have been moves to remove him from the line of succession.

He strongly denies any wrongdoing.

As more Epstein Files featuring Andrew continue to drop, it was revealed Ms Manley signed a £75 cheque from a Buckingham Palace bank account to pay a masseuse for the shamed royal in 2000.

The massage, carried out by a professional named Monique Giannelloni, took place at the Palace and was arranged by Ghislaine Maxwell.

Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year federal prison sentence for sex trafficking of minors, told Ms Giannelloni: “I am going to introduce you to someone more famous than God.”

Giannelloni previously revealed she didn’t believe background checks had been carried out on her before the massage.

She also claimed she wasn’t subject to the usual security procedures at the Palace.

The masseuse alleged Andrew had been “very nice and very gentlemanly” although she felt “embarrassed” when he appeared naked.

Manley signed the cheque paying Giannelloni from the Royal Family’s Coutts bank account.

The former PA was asked if she would talk about her time working for Andrew.

She told the Times: “I would rather talk to the police than the press, not that I would have much to tell them.”

Manley retired from her role as the chapter clerk of St George’s Chapel, Windsor last year, a position she had held since 2003.

This comes as calls for cops to probe an offshore firm linked to Andrew continue.

An MP has urged police to investigate whether it was used to help fund the former prince’s lifestyle when he was trade envoy.

Andrew jointly owned a company called Inverness Asset Management (IAM) with property mogul David Rowland.

IAM was registered in the British Virgin Islands in 2007 and aimed to encourage wealthy investors to pour funds into a Blackfish Money Plus+ Fund.

Investors had to front an eye-watering $1million to join the fund, based in the Cayman Islands.

Now shadow Cabinet Office minister, and Tory MP, Mike Wood has called for the firm to be investigated.

“These allegations are deeply concerning and the police must urgently investigate the matter to establish the full facts,” he said.

It is understood Thames Valley Police are already probing emails between Andrew and Rowland.

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were also dragged further into the scandal when an email leaked to the Mail on Sunday showed Andrew pushed for his daughters to receive £100,000 in secret payments from Rowland.

Andrew discussed Beatrice, 37, and Eugenie, 35, getting £50,000 each in June 2011 with Jonathan Rowland, the son of his financier pal David Rowland.

The disgraced former Duke of York was apparently due to receive a total of £300,000 from the older Rowland.

It is unclear if the payments were ever made but MPs demanded to know if they were.

More leaked emails also appear to show Andrew sharing sensitive information about Lloyds bank branches to the Rowland family in 2011.

Sir Vince Cable, the former Business Secretary, also believes this should come under police investigation.

He said: “If I, as a minister, or a senior civil servant, had been passing information of that kind, we would have been in serious trouble. All of the papers governing the bank sell-off were regarded as highly confidential at the time.”

Meanwhile, more images have emerged of a man resembling Andrew with two young women in bombshell new Epstein files images.

The pictures were found among the latest tranche of Jeffrey Epstein documents released by the US Department of Justice (DOJ).

One appears to show Andrew with his arms around a young woman who is sitting on his lap.

The man, who resembles the humiliated royal, is seen wearing a blue shirt and grey hooded top.

A second image shows the same man, wearing the same clothes, with a young woman standing behind him.

In this image the woman has her hands around his shoulders.

Both of the women in the pictures have had their faces redacted by the DOJ.

The images were reportedly taken in paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein’s New York dining room.

The Telegraph reports they were among some 180,000 pictures shared under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

Andrew’s team has been contacted for comment.
