EX-PRINCE ANDREW ‘DRAGGING HIS HEELS’ OVER EVICTION AS HE IS SPOTTED BOLTING THE DOORS AGAINST ROYAL AIDES The sprawling, manicured lawns of the Royal Estate have become a psychological battlefield as Prince Andrew reportedly enters a state of total defiance over his residency. While King Charles increases the pressure for a “slimmed-down” monarchy, the Duke of York has allegedly turned his temporary home into a fortress, refusing to engage with the crown’s relocation plans. Sources close to the household describe a tense, “icy” atmosphere behind the heavy oak doors, where the Duke remains hunkered down amidst a sea of moving boxes that haven’t been touched in weeks. The standoff reached a fever pitch this morning when witnesses spotted Andrew personally securing the perimeter locks and drawing the heavy velvet curtains the moment a royal courier vehicle pulled into the driveway. This silent act of rebellion has left palace officials in a state of stunned disbelief, signaling that the Duke has no intention of leaving without a fight that could permanently shatter the family’s public facade. As the deadline for the move looms, the defiant silhouette behind the glass serves as a chilling reminder of the civil war brewing within the House of Windsor.

The former Prince Andrew is reportedly taking his time moving out of his temporary residence on the Sandringham estate.

Andrew, 66, has been living at Wood Farm, a property on the royal family’s estate in Norfolk, after being evicted from his longtime residence, Royal Lodge in Windsor. He was expected to live at Wood Farm temporarily before moving into another property on the estate, Marsh Farm, which reportedly needed extensive renovations before his move-in.

However, The Sun reported on Sunday that Andrew’s younger brother, Prince Edward, visited his sibling over the weekend to discuss Andrew’s continued use of Wood Farm.

The outlet reported that Edward and his wife, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, wanted to stay at Wood Farm over the Easter holiday but were unable to due to Andrew’s presence, with the outlet also reporting that Andrew is “dragging his heels” about leaving the property.

“He is just going back and forth between Wood Farm and Marsh Farm,” an insider told The Sun. “It’s got to be sorted as Edward and Sophie like to use Wood Farm.”

Prince Edward and Sophie instead stayed in the estate’s Gardens House over Easter, according to the outlet.
