Who’s in the Landman cast?
As is the case with just about every Taylor Sheridan series, the Landman cast is a star-studded affair. including several Oscar nominees/winners. Here’s who’s currently in the cast of Landman and who we assume will return for Season 3.
Billy Bob Thornton (Tommy Norris)

Thornton had a cameo appearance in the Yellowstone prequel series, 1883. It was there that he had conversations with Sheridan. Those conversations led to Landman, which Sheridan wrote with Thornton in mind. Thornton spoke to Parade about it exclusively, “It’s very rare that somebody writes something specifically for you and your voice. I was very happy about that and it kind of fit like a glove.”
And if he could switch places with any other character on the show? Thornton easily replied, “Dale, who’s played by James Jordan. He has a very funny character and I always enjoyed watching James play that role. And early in my career, if this had been 30 years ago, that’s probably who I would have been playing!”
