Darrell Sheets’ family is planning to reopen his store.

Fellow Storage Wars alum Brandon Sheets shared an update on his dad’s Instagram page Monday, June 1 — over a month after his father’s April 22 death — to share that the family is planning to eventually reopen Darrell’s Arizona store, Havasu Show Me Your Junk. The antique and collectibles store is currently listed as “temporarily closed” on Google.

Brandon, 42, shared an image of his dad as he let fans know that Darrell’s social media accounts will remain active and the store will eventually be open again.

“We appreciate all concerns and condolences,” Brandon wrote. “We do plan to reopen [the store].”

He asked fans to “please allow some time as we gather things and get through these tough times.” Brandon also confirmed that “there is no exact date set at this time” for a reopening.

“We appreciate all our Storage Wars fans! We will be back BIGGER and BETTER than ever,” Brandon wrote. “Just remember it is all of you that make up ‘The Wow Factor Baby.’ We love and appreciate all the positive energy (any slander and malicious intent will be blocked and reported). Thank you all for your support.”

On his dad’s Instagram Stories, Brandon confirmed that the store is “not open yet” but was in the “planning” process.

Brandon and Darrell made their debuts on Storage Wars during its first season in 2010. Since then, Brandon had departed the A+E reality series in its 10th season, while his dad remained on the show through season 15 in 2023.

Darrell was found dead on April 22 when officers responded to his Arizona home. On May 5, the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office in Arizona confirmed his death was ruled a suicide. That same day, Kyle Ridgway of the Lake Havasu City Police Department said the agency was continuing to “actively investigate allegations of cyberbullying associated” with the case. Authorities have asked anyone with information regarding the matter to contact the Lake Havasu City Police Department at 928-855-1171.

After Darrell retired from Storage Wars in 2023, he opened his Arizona antique shop in Lake Havasu City. The reality star regularly posted about the store, calling it “a premier gift store for the person that has everything.”

Brandon first spoke out about the loss of his father in May, encouraging his followers to “continue to build those memories and keep the legacy that is ‘Darrell (The Gambler) Sheets.” He wrote that his family needed “time to process and remember all the good that my father was and will continue to be through my son and I.”

“The love we all have for this man and all his kindness is only a small portion of who he truly is,” Brandon concluded in his post.
