According to initial reports from Korean media, the IVE member arrived late to the event, causing reporters to wait a long time. Amidst the uproar, the event organizers spoke out to clear the name of the IVE star. According to the organizers, Jang Won Young wasn’t late at all; in fact, she arrived 5 minutes early compared to the time the brand had announced to the idol. However, there were some issues with the event coordination, leading the organizers to ask the idol to wait in the car for quite a long time, exceeding the time announced to reporters.

Specifically, the photoshoot for Jang Won Young was scheduled for 11:30 AM (Korean time). The singer had already arrived at the event venue at 11:25 AM. But it wasn’t until 11:35 AM that the organizers called Jang Won Young in to participate in the photoshoot, leading reporters to mistakenly believe she was late.
