One rainy afternoon, Grace heard a scream from the staircase. She rushed into the hallway just in time to see Lily lying at the bottom of the steps, crying in pain. Their mother came running.

“Grace pushed me…” Lily sobbed through tears.

Without asking a single question, their mother slapped Grace across the face. The ambulance arrived, relatives flooded the house, and everyone looked at Grace as if she were a criminal. Lily’s arm was fractured, and the police even questioned Grace about the incident.

For weeks, Grace insisted she was innocent, but no one believed her. Lily played the perfect victim, enjoying every bit of sympathy while Grace lost her friends, her reputation, and even her mother’s trust.

Then, on the day Lily returned home, a package arrived from a neighbor. It contained footage from a newly installed security camera facing the staircase.
