Having secured the year-end world No 1 ranking, the Belarusian tennis star is enjoying time off on Ithaafushi Island.

Sabalenka, 27, posted a series of 10 photos with the caption: “bikini -> dress  all week long”.

With the sparkling clear waters of the Indian Ocean in the background, Sabalenka can be seen posing in a fruit-decorated bikini with a white hat.

Another photo shows her hanging onto a coconut tree in the same outfit.

Despite losing the season-ending WTA Finals to Elena Rybakina earlier in November, Sabalenka remains the top-ranked women’s player, more than 2,000 ranking points clear of her nearest rival Iga Swiatek.

Fans have been quick to flood the post with over 1,000 comments in less than 24 hours.
