Kim Kardashian has made amends with Mercedes youngster Kimi Antonelli after accidentally finding herself at the centre of one of Formula 1’s most unexpected viral moments at the Monaco Grand Prix.

The reality TV star and entrepreneur, who was in Monaco supporting Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton, gifted Antonelli a personalised towel ahead of the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona after mistakenly using one that had been reserved for the Italian teenager. The gesture left Antonelli both amused and surprised.

“Thank you, Kim,” Antonelli said after receiving the gift.

“Is this actually from her?”

The exchange comes just days after social media had a field day over a seemingly harmless paddock incident that quickly became one of the lighter stories of the Formula 1 season.
