A 17-year-old music student with a striking goth aesthetic and an otherworldly voice just turned heads on The Voice UK 2026 — proving that the next big thing can walk on stage looking like they stepped out of a Tim Burton film and still leave the coaches hungry for more.
Frank Raven, from Derbyshire, introduced himself as a self-taught musician who lives and breathes music from the moment he wakes up until he falls asleep (sometimes with it still playing). His family, he joked, is “a weird mix of the Addams Family and the Von Trapps.” One of the youngest contestants in the competition, Frank admitted he only auditioned because a friend told him to give it a go — fully expecting nothing to happen.
