“MICHAEL CHE BREAKS HIS SILENCE: ARE GHOSTWRITERS MOCKING BLACK TRAUMA FOR PROFIT?” Moving past the silence, Michael Che has launched a blistering attack on the white writing staff behind the scenes. He is openly voicing his disgust at scripts filled with “lazy” jokes about slavery and racial slurs. For Che, this isn’t comedy anymore; it is systematic humiliation disguised as “satire.” The leaked messages of the “dirty jokes” that Che rejected will send a shiver down your spine. 📌 The rejected script details in the comments.

Michael Che spoke out about the controversial jokes made on “The Roast of Kevin Hart” after pulling out of the special.

The comedian was originally slated to appear on the roast Sunday, but two sources told Variety that Che pulled out due to scheduling difficulties with “Saturday Night Live.”

Insiders also told the outlet that the roast lineup underwent several last-minute additions and dropouts.

Two days after the roast aired live on Netflix, Che, 42, took to Instagram to shade the jokes written by the white comedians — including Tony Hinchcliffe and Shane Gillis.

“white guys and black people joke different,” he wrote Tuesday. “black guys roast like, ‘look at this n–a shoes!’ white roasts are like, ‘slavery, math, slain teens, sex crimes, slurs, family secrets.’”

“white guys dont give a f–k about they shoes,” the Emmy-nominated writer added.

In a second post, Che criticized the white writers who were booked to write jokes for comedians at the roast.

On the next slide, the stand-up comedian shared an image of five white men who were part of Gillis’ writing crew.

“cmonnnnnnnnn… thats not funny?” Che concluded.

During the roast, Gillis — who also served as the host — poked fun at Hart’s height by referencing slavery and lynching.

Hinchcliffe also made a controversial joke about George Floyd’s 2020 death.

“The Black community is so proud of you right now George Floyd is looking up at us all laughing so hard he can’t breathe,” the comedian said as Hart laughed.
