Scientists have not yet been able to find all the fragments of the Palermo Stone to assemble into a complete artifact, making it difficult to decipher the mystery.

People have long been fascinated with the idea that in the distant past, advanced alien civilizations visited Earth and helped humanity kick-start its development on our planet. However, this idea has been firmly rejected by many who believe that it did not happen, despite numerous discoveries that point to a very different part of human history that seems to contradict mainstream science.

Many ancient texts, paintings and monuments have been cited as evidence in support of the ancient space travel theory. Yet millions of others remain open and dismissive of the possibility that we were not the first civilization to call planet Earth home.

One of them is the Palermo Stone, which is one of the seven surviving fragments of a Royal Annals stele from the Old Kingdom period of ancient Egyptian history. It is also considered one of the most important sources of artifacts for studying the civilization of ancient Egypt, and its long history on Earth.

Although the exact date and who created the Palermo Stone remains a mystery to scholars, the most widely accepted date is that it appeared during the Old Kingdom period, 21st century BC.

What makes this stone special is that among other similar ancient texts, the Palermo Stone lists the previous kings of ancient Egypt and the pharaohs who ruled Egypt during the first five dynasties. The most controversial part of the Palermo Stone is the predynastic kings, who appear to have been non-human, but rather mysterious “gods” and “demigods.”

The Palermo Stone
The Palermo Stone or Palermo Stone is one of seven surviving fragments of a Royal Annals stele from the Old Kingdom period of ancient Egyptian history. The stele lists the kings who ruled Egypt from the First Dynasty to the beginning of the Fifth Dynasty and records important events during each of their reigns. The Royal Annals were probably written during the years of the Fifth Dynasty.

The document, written in hieroglyphics, tells of 120 kings who ruled before the ancient Egyptians officially existed as a civilization. Interestingly, the names of the mysterious “gods” and “demigods” also appear in the genealogies of the Egyptian royal family. In addition, the Palermo Stone also has similarities with the Turin King List and the Sumerian King List, all three of which refer to a time when gods lived on Earth and ruled for hundreds, even thousands of years.

The Sumerian King List is one of the most remarkable ancient texts discovered on Earth, accurately describing the rulers of the ancient civilization of Sumeria. In the Sumerian King List, it is stated: “…After the kingship descended from heaven, it was in Eridug. The god Alulim became king and ruled for 28,800 years. Alaljar ruled for 36,000 years. These two kings ruled for 64,800 years“.

The Turin King List, an ancient text describing the long reigns of the gods, was written on Turin papyrus in hieroglyphic script (an ancient form of hieroglyphic writing used by Egyptian priests). Scholars believe that the original papyrus was a list of more than 300 names with specific dates for the kings who ruled ancient Egypt. Notably, the list of Sumerian kings is recorded accurately in the last two columns.

In it, a summary of the entire text, referring to the list of Sumerian kings, includes the following passage: “…King Shemsu-Hor, reigned 13,420 years. King Shemsu-Hor reigned 23,200 years. In total, the two kings ruled 36,620 years.” In addition, the list on the Turin Papyrus also clearly shows that 9 dynasties ruled Egypt before the Pharaohs and among them were the venerable kings: Memphis, North, Shemsu Hor, Horus who ruled until Mene – the first Pharaoh of ancient Egypt.

This ancient text describes a mysterious period on Earth, where people “could” live for thousands of years and rule over vast ancient territories.

In addition to the above information, the Royal Annals also list other interesting information about taxes in ancient Egypt, religious ceremonies, the water level of the Nile and military campaigns as well as other important details. More importantly, it is considered one of the main sources from which Manetón, an Egyptian historian compiled historical documents about ancient Egypt.

Manetón is famous for his work “Aegyptiaca”, in which he divided the rulers of ancient Egypt into dynasties, which eventually led to the formation of the system used to determine the chronology of ancient Egyptian history.

The Palermo Stone is made of black basalt and is believed to have been about 2m high when it was completed. However, what we find today are only fragments, and to this day we have not been able to find complete pieces of this stone.

Several ancient texts accurately describe the period in which it was created and the kings as gods descended from heaven to rule over mankind. Moreover, these gods were present in all ancient civilizations on Earth. For some reason, researchers have ignored these ancient texts and made up their own chronology of ancient Egypt and other civilizations. They could not explain and prove: Why did the kings rule for thousands of years? Were the long-lived kings aliens?

The Palermo Stone has helped researchers conclude that the ancient Egyptians developed advanced technology to smelt copper, eventually allowing them to create the incredible bronze statues that existed during the Second Dynasty.

The Palermo Stone also records the construction of the first stone building during the reign of Neka, before the step pyramid of Zoser.

As you can see, there are some ancient texts that describe very precisely the time when mysterious beings, possibly divine, came from space and ruled over humanity for a long time. On the other hand, similar accounts of ‘gods’ descending from the sky can be found in many ancient cultures around the world. This is why many people believe that the Palermo Stone is one of the important ancient texts that proves that beings from other worlds once ruled our planet and that ancient space travel is completely real.

Otherworldly hypothesis

One view is that the Palermo Stone may have come from another world. Space travelers brought this artifact to Egypt and left it behind. If this is true, then travel through space and time is completely possible.

However, we still do not know how this travel is done. Therefore, scientists are still actively solving the mystery of the Palermo Stone.
