Wednesday’s Agnes DeMille star and where you’ve seen her before as she ‘steals the show’
Wednesday season 2 has arrived on Netflix and it’s already been a huge hit with fans, with one actress’ performance being singled out as a particular highlight of the show

The second season of Wednesday, filmed in Ireland, has made its debut on Netflix. The first part introduces a new character who has already become a fan favorite ahead of the release of part two.
Evie Templeton portrays Agnes DeMille, a Nevermore student with an intense fascination for Wednesday Addams, played by Jenna Ortega. She goes to great lengths to capture her attention.
After demonstrating her usefulness and loyalty, Wednesday welcomes her into the group, much to the chagrin of Enid Sinclair, portrayed by Emma Myers. Evie Templeton is a 16 year old British actress with a surprising career history, having only ever had minor roles in films and TV shows.

She began her acting career in 2022, securing minor roles in the BBC period drama Life After Life and the Disney film Pinocchio.
Before her screen roles, she appeared in Nativity on the UK Tour and also starred in Les Misérables on the West End, reports the Mirror.
In 2023, she landed her first major role starring alongside Tuppence Middleton in the horror movie Lord of Misrule, playing Grace Holland.
She also lends her voice to the character of Laura in Konami’s remake of Silent Hill 2 – a role she will reprise in the latest installment of the Silent Hill film series titled Return to Silent Hill.
Despite her limited list of credits, she has captured the hearts of Wednesday fans worldwide.

The young star took to Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes photos from the series, sending fans into a frenzy as they hailed her the breakout star.
She wrote: “Season 2 Part 1 is out now! Incredibly grateful to be a part of this wonderful show @wednesdaynetflix. Huge thanks to Tim, Al, Miles and all the amazing cast and crew. Here’s some BTS for ya x”.
Her co-stars Hunter Doohan and Isaac Ordonez heaped praise on her, with the Tyler actor responding: “That’s our Agnes Demille! ! Congrats Evie!” and the Pugsley actor adding: “Great Job Evie!”
Supporters also rushed to the comments section, with Mike Dowler posting: “Absolutely epic performance! You were destined to portray Agnes in this iconic series!”
Miscellaneousspectrum remarked: “You did so well! Your character stole the show.”
