“WILL ISADORA CAPRI BECOME TYLER’S NEW MASTER IN ‘WEDNESDAY’ SEASON 3?” A question that has all Wednesday fans on their minds: Will Isadora Capri become Tyler’s new “master” in the upcoming season 3? After the unexpected and tense developments in the previous season, fans are making many hypotheses about the relationship between these two characters. But what really makes people curious is a special action that Tyler might perform in the new season, an action that will surprise viewers and may change everything we know about him. You won’t believe the next “twist”!

Will Isadora Capri Become Tyler’s New Master In ‘Wednesday’ Season 3?

The world of Wednesday is filled with strange characters, each of whom is hiding a dark secret in their hearts. We already know a lot about the Addams and how the errors of their past often end up creating new conflicts for the show. However, season 2’s ending brings forth another mysterious character, Isadora Capri. The recently hired music teacher had a dark past of her own, and as the show progressed, we eventually realized that Capri couldn’t be trusted, as she had been holding back a lot of information about her former life. However, things took an unexpected turn when Capri approached the newly orphaned Tyler Galpin and asked him to join the pack so he would no longer feel alone or feel the need for a master or a mother. I guess we all saw that coming. We knew Capri was going to pull some hidden card, but we didn’t expect that it would have something to do with Tyler. But is that the reason Capri joined Nevermore Academy? Had she always been on the lookout for strange creatures like masterless Hyde Tyler Galpin and an Alpha werewolf, Enid Sinclair? And what does it mean for the show? Well, let’s theorize.

Spoiler Alert

Capri’s sudden interest in Tyler may feel like she genuinely cares for him, but trust me, she doesn’t. It was pre-planned, and Capri had been keeping an eye on interesting specimens like Tyler as soon as they arrived in Jericho. I see Capri as Wednesday’s version of Marvel’s Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, the woman who had been hiring the Thunderbolts, a team of superpowered outcasts, to serve her political goals. In Capri’s case, she approached Tyler in a similar manner and told him that she was creating a support system for Hydes like Tyler, who had no master, and as per the lore, cannot survive for long without one. She tells him that he will be a “part of a pack and create a bond that will transcend the need for a single master.” Well, quite a cryptic choice of words. If she’s talking about creating a bond with fellow Hydes, then I think it’s fine. But if she means that all the Hydes will have a “single master,” then I already sense trouble for Tyler. At first, it was his overprotective father, then his controlling mother, and now there’s going to be another mysterious individual who will put a leash on him and control him the way they want.

Coming back to Capri, the reason I said it’s not her first rodeo is because, in episode 5, Wednesday confronted her music teacher about her ex-boyfriend, Alfie Penn, a Hyde, who was shot dead by a SWAT team. Capri met Penn at the Joplin Art Colony in Woodstock and fell in love with him. According to her, they were happy together until Penn’s master, Minerva Garrick, found out about their relationship and ordered Penn to kill Capri. On a full moon, Penn attacked Capri, but Capri, being a werewolf, was able to defend herself against a Hyde attack, but Penn ended up killing his own master in the process, and lost his mind. The authorities initiated a search to hunt him down and as soon as they located him, they shot him dead. But the question you need to ask here is, what was Capri doing in Woodstock, and why, of all people, did she fall in love with a Hyde? Capri told Wednesday that she never knew Penn’s true nature, but trust me, that’s a lie. I think she always knew that Penn was a Hyde. In season 2’s ending, Capri told Tyler that her father was a Hyde, so either Capri was attracted to Penn because of her daddy issues, or she purposely approached him because she wanted him to join her support system, the pack. And if the second point is true, then we don’t know how many other Hydes she has approached so far. We only know about Penn because things got a bit messy there, and it was reported in the media, so maybe Capri already has a pack by now, and we will meet all its members in season 3. Capri’s inclination towards strange beasts further explains her interest in Enid, who was going to become an Alpha werewolf. Alphas are extremely rare, and if they transform into their wolf form permanently, they are hunted down by their own race, making them utterly alone and lonely. So I won’t be surprised if Capri finds Enid before Wednesday and offers her the same invitation as Tyler, and maybe Enid, who doesn’t want to be alone for the rest of her life, will end up joining Capri’s pack, too. Well, no one really knows.

Speaking of Capri’s dead father, there’s really no mystery here. I know some of you fans may be theorizing that Capri could be a Hyde too, but that’s not the case. In the Wednesday universe, the outcasts can have parents, each with different sets of powers, and their child inherits one of these powers. In Wednesday’s case, she inherited her mother and grandmama’s psychic abilities. Similarly, Capri got her mother’s powers, who was most likely a werewolf. However, if Capri’s father was a Hyde, then it explains why she knows so much about these peculiar beasts, and maybe it was her father who started the pack or the support system that she had been talking about at the end of season 2.

And last but not least, we all know Capri has powers beyond her physical transformation. She is a renowned cellist and a great musician whose music has the power to calm even the weariest of souls. Remember in season 2 part 1, when Capri played for the patients of Willow Hill, all of them were enchanted by her music? I believe her musical prowess is going to play an important role in the next season, where she will use music to not only calm the beasts but also to control them and tame them to her will. In episode 5, when Wednesday asked her music teacher if a Hyde could take a new master,  Capri seemed lost. She tried to find the right words, as if she was hiding something. I guess she didn’t want to reveal her secret to Wednesday and therefore asked her not to entertain such an idea, but who knows, maybe Capri has already pulled off an impossible act? For some inexplicable reason, I really believe that Capri has some sinister motive in mind, and through her support group, she wants to unleash her wrath on the human world. Well, we will find out soon enough.
