Regarding allegations of unpaid wages and delayed reimbursement of work expenses, Park Na Rae stated that each manager is provided with a company credit card with a limit of 50 million won per month.

According to her, this is a mechanism to ensure that production expenses are not interrupted. Card usage data shows that A and B spent approximately 70 million won and 50 million won respectively. Therefore, Park Na Rae believes that the allegations of delayed expenses are unfounded.

Regarding the issue of excessive working hours, Park Na Rae asserted that she had reviewed all work logs, messages exchanged with PDs, and actual schedules. She explained that although there were times when filming was hectic, the overall workload was not more than during her time at her previous company.

“Because I experienced overwork at my previous company, we agreed to limit the maximum number of programs to 5, and these programs were not filmed weekly.

There were breaks between schedules; on average, I took about 10 days off each month, so it cannot be said that the working hours were excessively long,” Park Na Rae explained.

Regarding the financial allegations involving her ex-boyfriend and mother, Park Na Rae stated that internal accounting tasks were not assigned to her ex-boyfriend, and her mother only handled matters related to her role as a promotional ambassador in Mokpo City (South Korea). All records are fully documented.

Regarding the proposed reconciliation, Park Na Rae expressed that she cannot accept it because the conditions set by her former managers require her to admit to things that did not happen and apologize for actions she never committed.

She emphasized: “If I did something wrong, I will accept the punishment and apologize. But if I did not, I believe the truth needs to be clarified.”
