Riley Green longs for the kind of love he once had in his brand new song, âMy Way.â
The self-written track arrives just ahead of Greenâs highly anticipated acting debut on CBSâ Marshals. He will first introduce his character Garrett on the Sunday, April 19 episode, and later in the season, on April 26, he will perform the song on the show as Garrett.
Fans in Australia got an early preview of the song during his recent run of shows down under, and many others may remember him teasing it on social media last year.

âMy Wayâ finds the country star crooning about an ex, openly admitting that if he had it âMy Way,â heâd be back with her. Throughout the song, he paints a vivid picture in listenersâ minds of what he wishes things still looked like, from watching her brown eyes turn to hazel on the front porch swing, to losing feeling in his arm because she fell asleep on him on the living room couch.
âYouâd call me up and say, âI need you now/ And I canât go another dayâ/ Iâd say, âYouâre all I ever think about/ Now Iâd give anything to see your faceâ/ Youâd say, âI miss youâ/ Iâd say, âI donât know how much more I can takeâ/ Youâd say, âIâm on my wayâ/ If I had it my way,â he sings on the chorus.
Honestly, the song is heartbreaking in its honesty. It captures the pain of missing someone so deeply while realizing you have no control over the situation and cannot fix it. Greenâs vocals deliver that raw emotion perfectly, while the simple, understated production only deepens the songâs heartfelt feel.
Simply put, this is Riley Green at his best.
The Alabama native wrote the song entirely on his own, following the self-penned chart-toppers âWorst Wayâ and âDonât Mind If I Do.â
Riley Green is currently nominated for Male Artist of the Year at the upcoming ACM Awards. Heâs also competing for Album of the Year with Donât Mind If I Do (Deluxe), Music Event of the Year for âDonât Mind If I Doâ featuring Ella Langley, and Artist-Songwriter of the Year.

His Cowboy As It Gets Tour launched with sold-out shows in Australia. This week, heâs bringing the tour to the States with a sold-out stop in Southaven, MS, and his first-ever headlining show at Nashvilleâs Bridgestone Arena, which sold out ahead of Saturdayâs performance.
With more appearances planned across the U.S., including a performance at Stagecoach and the first-ever Country Splash in Cabo, 2026 is shaping up to be another massive year for Riley Green.
